SaaS users running reports from the ‘reports’ button on the quick access toolbar, will now have a date range option to specify the date range for the report.
SaaS users running reports from the ‘scheduled reports’ option in the administration screen, will continue to have the ‘Date PARAM values’ drop down e.g. Day Before, Current Day, Next Day, Last Week etc.
SaaS users now have the same parameters functionality as Non-SaaS users for the report available from the quick access toolbar, although the way the reports run is different.

One-off column has been added to the ‘scheduled reports’ tab of the administration screen. One-off reports are SaaS reports run from the ‘reports’ button on the quick access toolbar. Once a one-off report has been run it is permanently removed from the scheduled reports grid.
There is a new tick box ‘Show schedules which have finished their recurrence’, which is off by default. Therefore, when you enter the admin screen ‘scheduled reports tab’, you will not see finished reports by default. (finished reports are reports that have ended their occurrence and do not include one-off reports)
Other enhancements
Enhancement 41894/41895/38829/41162/41896 – Login changes
Each user account can only be logged in once, at any given time.
- If a user attempts to log in with a user account that is already logged in, they will see a ‘Close Open Sessions’ window informing them of the details of the user who is already logged in. They are warned that data may be lost if they close the session. Clicking ‘OK’ will close the other session and allow the user to log in.
- Provided you have entered a correct username and password; you do not require extra permissions to close the session.
- This functionality can be used to close sessions that did not shut down correctly, to prevent them using a license
- The user who has had their session terminated will see a ‘Session Terminated’ message the next time Infinity communicates with the server. Their only option is to exit Infinity. Any unsaved work will be lost.
- The outlook add-in also conforms. If the outlook add-in hasn’t communicated with the server for the timeout period, then the session will have been automatically logged out and you won’t see the message.
- To close a session from the ‘Licenses’ tab in the administration screen, you require the ‘close session’ permission
