Infinity v1.20 Release overview:

This release includes an enhancement to iCapture to easily select the CV and some minor enhancements.

Enhancement 38618 iCapture selects attachments based on document type, when an email has multiple attachments

  • When a group of attachments with different extensions are sent to iCapture, iCapture will work out which one is the CV based on the following order: DOCX, DOC, PDF, RTF, TXT.
  • If more than one of the same type is found, it should use the first one it finds.
  • If none of the listed extensions are found, it will use the first non-image attachment

Enhancement 49153 contact and Location advanced address field searching to match the one relevant record only

Location Search - Advanced Search Criteria - Address - All fields to only return a location result that matches

Contact Search - Advanced Search Criteria - Address - All fields to only return a contact result that links to a location that matches
