Infinity v1.17 Release overview:
This release has introduced several new Temps features to enhance the Temps functionality within Infinity. This includes linking Attributes to Job Titles, AWR, and reports. The ‘Temps Currently Working’ report summarises which candidates are working for which clients/jobs and what dates and times they are scheduled to work.
There have also been several minor enhancements including changes to the main pages via Product Templates.
Enhancement 44980 / 47872 'Temps Currently Working' report
- Lists all temps out working between the date range
- The report will add up to 31 date columns to display the shifts worked for each date.
- If the date range includes more than 31 days, the report will only report on the first 31 days selected
- This report is based on the ‘Contractors Currently Working’ report with extra columns added for each date in the date range
- The ‘Contractors Currently Working’ report, reports on contract placements
- The ‘Temps Currently Working’ report, reports on Temps placements

Enhancement 44971/46211/45971/46213 Link Attributes to Job Titles
In previous releases Rates and Quals&Certs were linked to Job Titles. This has been extended to include Attributes.
- Attributes can be linked to Job Titles Globally (from the Admin screen)
- Attributes can be linked to Job Titles per Client / Location (from the Client screen)
- When a temp job is created, the linked Attributes are automatically added to the job. Those set up at a location are used first, if they haven’t been setup then those setups at client level are used, and if they haven’t been set up, those set up globally are used.
- When a temp job title is added to a temp candidate, a pop-up appears listing missing Attributes / Quals&Certs that are associated with the temp job title. From this pop-up you can add them to the candidate page.
- The job title has a warning next to it, indicating which job titles have associated Q&C/attributes missing. The candidate needs to be marked as ‘Temp’ for the warning to appear.
- If you have opened a candidate page and see the warning, you can add the associated Q&C/attributes to the candidate by adding the job title again, and the pop-up appears.
Enhancement 38742 AWR functionality has been extended to include temp placements as well as contract placements
The AWR clock now counts Temp Placements and Contract Placements when calculating the number of weeks worked
Temps AWR ‘no of weeks’ calculations (‘between 10 and 12 weeks’, and ‘over 12 weeks’) triggers an AWR warning in My Infinity
Enhancement 46176/45954/47052/47051 Back Office Sector / Division / Department has been added to the Job page.
When a placement is created.
- The Back office sector / Division / Department is taken from those stored on the job page
When a job is created.
- The Back office sector / Division / Department is taken from those stored against the Main contacts location.
- If it has not been set at the main contacts location, it is then taken from those stored against the Company.
- If it has not been set at the main contacts location, it is then taken from those stored against the User.
- If it has not been set at user level, it is blank.
Position of the new fields on the job page
- The Back office sector / Division / Department fields will appear in the top right corner of the job page.
- The ‘Benefits’ grid has been added as a 2nd tab to the ‘Rates/Salary’ fields
Enhancement 45944 Australian Product Templates have been updated to include new functionality
This only affects Australian Product Templates.
- Candidate current employment grid spans two columns (Maxi & Lite product templates only)
- Temps options on candidate / Job / Placement page
- Test tab on candidate / Job page

The default columns for the current employment grid are the same for all product templates. These can be changed using the column chooser functionality and saving the layout
If the layout was saved prior to upgrade, then the previously saved columns will be shown. You can change using the column chooser and saving the layout.

Enhancement 47450 Changes to Product Template Selection
- The Quick Access Toolbar option to change your Product Template has been removed
- To change a product template, change it in the User Options, then log out and back in again
- The User Admin option to set the default Product Template has been removed
- The User Admin option to give access to Product Templates is still available
- When creating Product Templates, users will need to log out and back in again to use the new product template.
Enhancement 46859 Placements are exported to Astute Payroll, even if all the fields are not populated
- Astute Payroll is an Australian cloud based payroll platform
- Previously is was mandatory for all the relevant fields to be populated e.g. ABN & Cost Centre
- Placements are now exported, even if all the fields are not populated.
Enhancement 47086 / 47126 Logic Melon / Broadbean cosmetic changes
- Event logs for both Logic Melon and Broadbean are ‘Job Website Advert xxxx’ The Event details lists the provider i.e. Logic Melon or Broadbean
- Post to Logic Melon screen, now displays the Logic Melon logo
Enhancement 46876 When Editing a ‘main job title’ on a temp job page, the drop down list is filtered
Only ‘Client Temp Job Titles’ are displayed if ‘Client Job Titles’ have been set up for that client (New functionality)
Global Temp Job Titles are displayed if ‘Client Job Titles’ have not been set up. (Existing functionality)
