Enhancement 42897 – Logic Melon
Infinity now has functionality to export Jobs to Logic Melon
- Logic Melon allows you to post Infinity Jobs to various websites.
- In the admin screen you select a provider (Logic Melon or Broadbean)
- Only one provider can be selected at a time
- If you change your provider, then you will no longer be able access the old provider details from Infinity. The information is still stored in Infinity and it you wanted to swap your provider again the future, the data would once again be visible
- My Infinity displays Logic Melon failed posts & applications
- Jobs have a Logic Melon tab. The details on the tab are specific to Logic Melon, and if you were using Broadbean you would have different drop down lists e.g. Industries, Locations
- The Job has a ’Post to Logic Melon’ button, that allows you to post Jobs to Logic Melon
- The Job has a ‘Logic Melon results’ button, where you can see applications by candidates
- The ‘repost as orig’ button is not available in Logic Melon, as it’s not supported by the api (This button is available in Broadbean). You can repost from Logic Melons website, if you require this functionality
- There is also an iCapture data source for Logic Melon
Temps
Enhancement 42145 – Temp Placement calendar defaults to viewing the ‘last’ date of the placement.
The Candidate & Job temp calendars default to viewing todays date
Enhancement 39587 – Temp Jobs charge currency is now editable
Temp jobs have the same rates grid as the contract/perm placement page. The charge currency is editable on the job, but isn’t editable on the placement.
Enhancement 43225 – Timesheet Authoriser and Timesheet interval fields have been added to Temp placement pages
Enhancement 38721 – Admin users can mark job titles as a ‘Temp job title’
It is planned for this functionality to be used to restrict the job titles available to Temps functionality, in a future release.
Enhancement 38668 – Admin users can store ‘Global Temp Rates’ per temp job title
Admin users can link multiple rates to a temp job title
It is planned for this functionality to be used to automatically add rates to a temp job page, in a future release
Synety
Enhancement 42831 – Synety category remembers the last category selected
This now works the same way as the Synety device
Enhancement 42833 – Synety ‘Contact’ details box, replaced with un-editable ‘Destination’ box
Enhancement 42834 – Call button icon has been made bigger
Enhancement 42835 – Synety icon added to the event logger
Enhancement 42836 – Synety icon added to the admin screen
Enhancement 38440 – Event logger grid column has been renamed from ‘PhoneTapi’ to ‘Phone’
Cosmetic Changes
Enhancement 41810 – Cosmetic changes to the lining up of various fields
Changes have been made so that the right hand side of each column line up
Enhancement 42644 – Candidate iCapture ‘Post to Infinity’ and ‘Post and open’ are now separate buttons
Enhancement 41808 – Candidate & Placement page ‘Pig’ icon has been replaced with a ‘bag of money’
This is the same icon as used on the company page
Enhancement 42169/42170 – New Voyager Infinity Logo
This has been updated in the application and the installers
Changes to defaults for new users / Databases
Enhancement 42629 – ‘Show locations in results’ user option will be un-ticked by default for new users
Enhancement 42623 – My Infinity / favourites panel have a different default for new users
- My Infinity is displayed in the whole panel on the left hand side. All sections are displayed and collapsed by default
- Favourites also displayed in the whole panel, but hidden by default
- This will be the new default for new users
Other enhancements
Enhancement 42685 – SaaS one-off Scheduled reports no longer have a time field
- The time & recurrence information has been removed from the window
- When you click ‘Create’ the report is added to the queue and is picked up by the service
Enhancement 38765 – When selecting a ‘colleague’ you can now multi-select users
This is available in the comms centre, meetings & Share
Enhancement 42627 – Delete multiple call backs from My Infinity
Multi-select the required call backs, and click delete
Enhancement 42091 – On Premise users will be limited to 250 results in the find screen
This had previously been implemented for SaaS and now has implemented for On Premise users as well. The restriction means that find results will return quicker as the find screen will not display more than 250 users.
Enhancement 39534 – Tetris has been removed
Enhancement 42334 – Voyager Diagnostic Report automatically sends the report unless you unselect the ‘do not send’ check box
Enhancement 42683 – Test Assigned (excel) report has a new description
Enhancement 42682 – Test Stats report has a new description
Enhancement 38114 – My Infinity finishers does not list perm placements
Enhancement 43078 – Scheduled reports now have an option to save to file
- You can either export to file or export to My Infinity.
- The filename includes the date, so old reports will be kept in the folder, and new reports added.
- The file path is on the server where the Infinity services are installed.
Enhancement 40076 – iCapture exchange data sources will refer to exchange folders by id
- You now browse for the exchange folder.
- Exchange data sources on upgraded databases will be the same as they were prior to upgrade.
- Only new data sources will use the new functionality
