INFINITY V2.9 RELEASE OVERVIEW:

This release includes changes to the Licenses screen to allow Outlook Add-in sessions to be terminated,

and allows Exchange sync to update the ‘last contacted date’ when an email is received.

 

 

Enhancement 60230 Outlook Add-in sessions can now be terminated

The Licenses tab in the Infinity Administration screen now displays ‘Infinity Frame’ and ‘Outlook’ sessions.

The ‘Infinity Frame’ Application name is for users connecting to Infinity using the Infinity Client

The ‘Outlook’ Application name is for users who are running the Outlook Add-in and who have logged into the Add-in.

The ‘Licenses’ field in the ‘License Information’ section, displays the number of users who have connected to the Infinity Frame

The ‘Outlook’ and ‘Infinity Frame’ session can be closed separately using the ‘Close Selected Sessions’ button

Enhancement 60485 Spec Shortlist rows now update when Interviews and/or placements are created

 

Enhancement 55696 Exchange Sync updates the ‘last contacted date’ when emails are received, if the reference data is set for this to happen

The ‘email received’ has a tick box for ‘Update Last Contacted’.  If this is ticked any incoming emails that are sync’d using exchange sync will have their ‘last contacted date’ updated.
