Release overview
This release has made changes to Job posting validation, Power BI, the first usage wizard and timeout isssues.
Enhancement 62660 Own Job Site Job Posting has extra validation to ensure that a destination is populated
If you post a job from the ‘Own Job Site’ tab on the job page, if the destination hasn’t been populated, the validation symbol appears. You must populate this field before the job will be posted.
Enhancement 62976 Power BI Dashboards will now calculate revenue to the nearest minute
Enhancement 62983 Power BI csv files will now contain candidates of all types i.e. Cont, Perm, Temp, that have been created in the last 6 months
Enhancement 58652 The ‘First usage wizard’ will no longer require the dbmanager to enter an email address as part of the email address validation
Typically the dbmanager account is not used day to day by a particular user and therefore an email address and exchange sync is not typically required.
Enhancement 58653 The ‘First usage wizard’ has been enhanced to include existing users on the Infinity database, as well as users created in the first usage wizard, re exchange sync
If the data conversion team populate a list of users prior to Infinity being logged on to for the first time, the first usage wizard will configure exchange sync for all users except dbmanager
Enhancement 58655 The First usage wizard’ has been enhanced to include existing users on the Infinity database, as well as users created in the first usage wizard, re password emails
If the data conversion team populate a list of users prior to Infinity being logged on to for the first time, the first usage wizard will send an email to all users letting them know their temporary password. When the users log on to Infinity they will be required to change their password.
Enhancement 58655 The ‘First usage wizard’ has been enhanced to include existing users on the Infinity database, as well as users created in the first usage wizard, re the internal company record
If the data conversion team populate a list of users prior to Infinity being logged on to for the first time, the first usage wizard will populate the internal company field for all users except dbmanager
Enhancement 63004 The ‘First usage wizard’ will warn users if they don’t enter ‘Exclusions
Exclusions are important to prevent Exchange Sync from Syncing internal emails.
Enhancement 62999 Timeout issues with the Infinity Dashboard refresh have been eliminated
Once the dashboard has loaded, timeout issues reloading the dashboard have been eliminated.
The Infinity dashboard will display the last time it was updated. If an issue occurs the dashboard will display the previous data it had and then retry when next scheduled to refresh.
Enhancement 63000 Timeout issues with the initial load of reference data have been eliminated
If the initial load of reference data has a timeout issue, Infinity will load the reference data when it is required.
Enhancement 62998 Timeout issues with ‘My Infinity’ refresh have been eliminated
Each My Infinity section will display the last time it was updated in a tooltip. If an issue occurs My Infinity will display the previous data it had and then retry when next scheduled to refresh.
Enhancement 62838 Exchange exclusions have been enhance to avoid user input errors
Any leading or trailing spaces added to the exclusions will be removed when the exclusion is added to Infinity.
